Alternatively, you may like to think of a female who could be compared to Lady Macbeth. Create a presentation that address the following questions:
- Who is the person (give context / historical explanation)?
- What were they originally like?
- How did they change?
- What were they involved in and what happened?
- Compare this person to Macbeth / Lady Macbeth.
- Analyse the final outcome. What caused the situation? (Eg. was it Macbeth's own human weaknesses or was it the witches?)
Also consider - Robert Mugabee, Mao Zedong, Eva Braun (Hitler's girlfriend).

Duality and Paradox
Duality - to be dual (two parts); contrast between two concepts or aspects of something.
Paradox - a statement that seems senseless, logically unacceptable, or self-contradictory but may be true.
Act 1, Scene 1
"Fair is foul, and foul is fair."
This is the chant of the witches when they first come together on the battlefield. They begin talking about meeting Macbeth upon the heath after the war is over. Macbeth also says, "So foul and fair a day I have not seen." Which is located in Act 1, Scene 3. He is talking about the foul day because there was a war, but was fair because he won the war. It is the first line Macbeth says in the play.
The use of duality and paradox add to suspense of the play, the outcome is never sure and each person's interpretation of words and resulting actions move the plot forward.
